Steps to Cash-in from BDO Account
- In your Shopee app, go to the ShopeePay menu and tap the Cash-in icon.
- From the list of Cash-in option, select the BDO Direct Debit
- Select or enter the amount you want to transfer. And tap the Pay Now button.
- Review the amount you have selected or entered and click Pay button to proceed.
- Wait for a few seconds as the system is redirecting you to BDO Online app access.
- The BDO Online Banking app login menu will appear. Input your username and password and press Login button to access your BDO account/s.
- For security purposes, a One-Time-PIN will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the 6-digit code in the space provided and tap Submit button.
- Select the BDO Account where you want to deduct the amount and press Pay button.
- Review the details and tap Confirm to process the transaction. You will notice that no transaction was added, so it means the transfer is free.
- The payment will be accepted and processed.
- Wait for 10 minutes as the system process the payment.
- A notification will be displayed as the transaction is in progress.
- After 10 minutes, another notification will show stating that the transaction has been successful.
- The cash-in amount will be added to your ShopeePay wallet.
