PayMaya is an app that gives you a virtual prepaid card for shopping online, booking flights and more. Depending on your mobile network, you either get a virtual Visa or Mastercard. You can also pay bills, send money, and more, in-app. Add money to your PayMaya at over 15,000 partners such as 7-Eleven, Palawan Pawnshop, Smart Padala Centers, SM Stores Business Services and Robinsons Department Store Business Centers. Below is a quick guide on how to download and install the Pay Maya mobile app in your smartphones and tablets.
STEP 1. DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL PAY MAYA APP
- First, download the PAY MAYA mobile app, using Google Play for Android phones or download in the Apple Store for iPhone and iPad users. Click the icon below and it will be directed to PAY MAYA mobile app.  You can also find this mobile app by typing Pay Maya in Google Play or Apple store search tab.
2. Click INSTALL for Android users or GET for iOS users to start the PAY MAYA mobile app installation on your device.
3. Once the installation is complete, you can now open the Pay Maya app.
4. This is the Pay Maya icon. Click this icon on your phone to open Pay Maya app.
STEP 2. REGISTER AN ACCOUNT
1. For first time user, this page will appear. Click the START button to proceed.
2. If you do not have an account yet, click the REGISTER button. Or click the Login button, if you have already a Pay Maya account.
3. To register, enter your first name, last name and mobile number. Then create a password and type your email address. And click the CONTINUE button for the next step.
4. Read the Terms and Conditions of using the Pay Maya platform. Tick the box and click the AGREE button.Â
5. You can now start using the Pay Maya app or upgrade your account to have full access to all features.
STEP 3. UPGRADE YOUR ACCOUNT
- By upgrading your account, you can get access to these services:
- Send money to other PayMaya users
- Withdraw from any Bancnet ATMs
- Increase monthly limit from P50,000 to P100,000.
Click the Next button to proceed.
2. To verify your account:
- Complete your Personal Information
- Prepare your IDs
- Verify your identity by recording a selfie video.
Click the Next button to continue.
3. Fill-up the Personal Information, Address and Identification.
4. Then, upload a photo of your Identification Card and record a video of yourself.
5. Review all information entered, make sure that everything is correct and accurate. Then, click the Submit button.
6. Your application is now sent for review. Wait for a minimum of 24-hours.
7. On your PayMaya profile menu, you can also click the Check My Upgrade Status to know the status of your application.
8. You will then be asked to have a video call verify your personal information and identification.
9. After the video call, wait for an SMS update on the status of your application.
10. You will receive an SMS stating that your account has been upgraded. You can now enjoy the full access to all Pay Maya features.
