Forgot your BDO ATM card? Or do you want your love ones to withdraw money from your account? This BDO Digital Banking app feature is for you – the BDO QR Code Withdrawal. With this feature, you will be able to request a QR code through the BDO app to withdraw cash from selected BDO ATM without your BDO ATM card.
To know if the BDO ATM near you is a QR-enabled ATM where you can make a cardless withdrawal, you can check this list. Another option is to check if the ATM has a QR Code Transactions option on the ATM screen.
Every time you request for a cardless withdrawal in BDO app, a unique QR code will be generated. This QR code is only valid for 24 hours upon generation. Please note that a Withdrawal QR Code is different from the Account QR Code used to Send Money. So these two QR Codes cannot be interchanged.
BDO QR-Code Withdrawal
To request a QR-code based withdrawal, you must login to your BDO account via BDO Digital Banking app and follow the steps enumerated below:
- Upon login, tap the More button (… 3-dot icon) in the menu at the bottom of the main page.
- Select Withdraw from the list of services.
- To start the request, choose via QR to generate a code for cardless withdrawal.
- Tap the Withdraw From to select the BDO account where the amount will be deducted.
- Select the source BDO account.
- Enter the amount to withdraw and press CONTINUE button.
- Review details and tap CONFIRM button to process the request.
- A unique QR code for withdrawal will be generated. You need this code to continue the transaction in the QR-Enabled BDO ATM.
Please note that the generated code for withdrawal is only valid for 24 hours. Once you are in the QR-enabled BDO ATM, select the QR Code Transaction on the screen. Scan the QR code and wait for the transaction to be completed. If successful, you will be able to withdraw the amount as requested from the app.
