In order to successfully add funds to your Maya wallet from your BDO account, there are a few key steps to keep in mind. Firstly, it’s important to ensure that you have online access to your BDO account using the BDO Online Banking app. This means that if you have not yet downloaded this app, you will need to do so in order to proceed with the transaction.
However, it’s worth noting that if you typically use the BDO Digital Banking app instead of the BDO Online Banking app, you will need to sign up for and enroll in the BDO Online Banking app first. This step is important in order to ensure that you have the proper verification and security measures in place to complete the transaction successfully. Once you have enrolled in the BDO Online Banking app, you should be able to proceed with adding funds to your Maya wallet with ease.

Steps to Cash-in from BDO Account
- Open your Maya app, on the main dashboard, tap the Cash-in button.
- From the list of Cash-in Methods, select Bank account.
- Select BDO from the list of partnered banks.
- Enter the amount you want to transfer from your BDO account. Please note that you can transfer a minimum of P500 and up to P20,000 per transaction. And can cash-in up to 6 times per day. Once the amount is entered, tap the Continue button.
- Check the amount you have entered and press Continue to confirm the transaction.
- Wait for a few seconds as you are being redirected to the BDO Online Login Page.
- Enter your BDO Online Banking Username and Password, then tap the Login button.
- A 6-digit OTP code will be sent to your registered mobile number. Once received, type-in the code on the space provided and press Submit button.
- Choose the BDO account where you want the money to come from. And tap the Pay button.
- Review the details and press Confirm button to continue.
- Your payment has been accepted. You will be redirected back to the Maya app.
- Wait for a while while the transaction on process.
- A notification that your cash-in from BDO account has been successful.
- The amount will now be added to your Maya wallet.
Please note that your BDO Account will not be linked to your Maya account. To add money again from BDO, you have to log in to the BDO Online Banking app each time.
