Paying PLDT bills has become easier because you can now pay online through PLDT Pay Express Online and other PLDT partner online payment centers. With PLDT Pay Express Online, you have the option to pay the bill using your debit card or credit card. You just need to tap the link that was sent to your registered mobile number or click the Pay Now button that appears in the monthly billing statement email. This payment option can also be accessed through myPLDT Smart app and PLDT Home website.

1 Through email link
In the PLDT monthly billing statement sent to your email, you will find a Pay Express Online link section. Just click the PAY NOW button and it will be directed to the payment page.
2 Via SMS link
PLDT will also send an SMS to remind you about your PLDT bill. A link is included in such SMS which will be directed to Pay Express Online where you can pay the bill.
3 using myPLDT Smart app
If you have the myPLDT Smart app, you can enroll your PLDT and Smart accounts and view the billing statement. You can also pay the bill with this app. Just click the Pay now button and it will be directed to the payment page.

4by logging into your account on the PLDT website
Go to PLDT Home website, https://pldthome.com/, and login to your account. Click LOG IN button to login to your account or create an account if you don’t have one yet.
Upon login, go to your account details and select the bill that you need to paid. Check the current charges and press the PAY NOW button to pay the bill.
Pay your bill via Pay Express Online link
After clicking the PAY NOW button on either in the email or SMS link, and via the app or website, it will be directed to the Pay Express Online page.
Payment details will be displayed and the options to pay the bill using a credit card or debit card/ATM Card.
Pay using Visa/Mastercard
If you select the Visa/Mastercard button, you can pay the bill using a Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card. Enter the details of your debit or credit card to process the payment.
Pay using Debit/ATM Card
If you select the Debit/ATM card button, you can pay the bill using a debit or ATM card. Check the list of bank that are available to use to pay the bill.
