What’s new with SSS Mobile app

SSS has released an updated version of the SSS Mobile app. If you already have the app installed on your phone, you can update to the new version via Google Play, the App Store or the App Gallery. If you don't have an SSS app yet, click the corresponding icon below.

The SSS Mobile app can be accessed by SSS members who has an SSS online account. If you are not registered yet, here is a guide you can follow:

The highlight of the new version is the new design. With the improved look of the app, you can browse each feature easily by clicking the icons.

This is the login menu of SSS mobile app new version. If you have a my.SSS account, use your Username and Password to open your profile.

 

Once logged in, it will show the main menu of SSS app. What you can see on the main menu:

  • Total Number of Contributions
  • Last Payment Contributions
  • Activity History
  • SSS News Updates
  • SSS Webinar Links

While, at the bottom of the page, below are the corresponding buttons for each icon.

If you tap the Location icon, it will show a map where you can search the location of any of SSS branches nationwide.

 

GENERATE PRN

To create PRN or view generated PRN, click the GENERATE PRN icon from the bottom menu.

Once open, if you want to generate a new PRN, press the CREATE button located on the upper-left corner of the page.

Once a PRN has been generated, it will appear on the screen with the following details:

  • PRN (Payment Reference Number) – this number is required if you want to pay online via mobile wallets or internet banking
  • Member Category
  • Applicable Period
  • SS Contribution (to be paid)
  • Due Date
  • Total Amount to be paid

If you want to pay via the app, you can tap the PAY button. Three payment options are available:

  • Pay Maya account
  • Credit Card
  • BPI online

For the latest news and updates from SSS, you can click the Notification button.

 

If you click the User icon, it will show your SSS profile and member information. To edit details, you can click the Update Information.

 

If you tap the + icon, just above the User icon, it will show SSS services as below:

  • Contributions
    • Actual Premiums
  • Loans
    • Status
    • Balance
    • Apply
  • Benefit Claims
    • Maternity
    • Sickness
    • Disability
    • EC Medical
    • Retirement
  • Notifications
    • Maternity

By tapping the User icon on the upper-left, other SSS features are listed:

  • Disbursement Account Enrolled
  • Documentary Requirements
  • Terms of Service
  • Feedback
  • Release Notes
  • SSS Social Accounts
  • Help
  • Logout
