How to transfer fund from RCBC to other local bank

RCBC offers Online Services to their customers through the use of RCBC Online Banking and Mobile App. With these online facilities, you can access and manage your RCBC accounts, transfer funds, pay bills and other available features, anytime, anywhere.

For fund transfer, with InstaPay, you can now transfer funds in real-time between accounts of participating BSP-supervised banks and non-bank e-money issuers in the Philippines. It is an electronic fund transfer (EFT) service where you can transfer money electronically and make the funds available to their recipient instantly.

To send money via InstaPay, customers need to access their bank’s or e-money issuer’s mobile app or internet banking facility, choose to send to another institution via InstaPay, and provide the required details.

For customers with RCBC Online Banking accounts, below is the step-by-step guide on how to send money from your RCBC Online account to any local bank with InstaPay via RCBC Mobile Banking app.

Fund transfer from RCBC to other local bank

1 Open your RCBC app on your phone. Enter your User ID and Password, then tap the Sign In button to login to your account.

 

2 Go to the left side menu and select Fund Transfer option.

 

3 Then, select the Bank Transfer from the list.

 

4 Tap the button under Beneficiary to add details of the beneficiary’s bank account. 

 

5 Enter the bank account details of the beneficiary:

  • Bank – Select the local bank from the drop down list
  • Mobile Number, Email or Account Number – for local banks (enter account number), for e-wallet (GCash, Pay Maya – Mobile Number)
  • Beneficary Name – Account Name

 

6 Select InstaPay for the Transfer Channel. By using InstaPay, funds will be received in real time and with the transaction limit of Php 50,000.00. 

Note: Service Charge using Instapay was waived during the ECQ or Lockdown period.

 

7  Once the beneficiary details and transfer channel have been added, you may now input the Amount to be transferred. You can also add a Remarks for the transaction. Then, tap the Transfer Now button.

 

8 Review the details and press the Proceed button to confirm the transfer. 

 

9 A One-Time-Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the 6-digit OTP in the space provided and tap the Submit button.

It will then generate and display the transaction reference number when you successfully transfer funds.

    May concern is everytime na enter ko Ang otp number, they always says, occured error! I badly needed to send money. Please let know what to do.

      Maybe there is an app maintenance.. try it again after sometime.. or check if there is a new update on the app and update the app to new version…
