How to pay using Credit Card or Debit Card in Puregold Mobile app

Puregold recently launched the Puregold Mobile app which serves as a shopping ally or SALLY to customers. The main feature of the app is a cart-less grocery shopping experience for loyal Puregold customers. Shoppers have two options for ordering grocery items in the app, either by scanning the barcode of the products or using the search tab by typing the specific keywords to select the item.

Upon checkout, there are three available payment methods to choose from: GCash, Debit Card or Credit Card, and Pay-In Store. In this quick guide, payment using Credit Card or Debit Card will be discussed. Follow the steps below to pay your Puregold order using Credit Card or Debit Card.

Pay using Credit Card or Debit Card

At the checkout, in the payment option, select the Credit / Debit Card option. Then place your order and wait until it is processed. You will be called by a Puregold representative to confirm your order. Once your order has been finalized, you may now pay for your order via Debit Card or Credit Card.

 

 

1 In the bottom menu of Puregold app, tap the Orders button and select the Order Number to be paid. Review the details and press the PAY NOW button for the next step.

2 A pop-up option will appear, tap the PROCEED button to continue. Please note that the order will not be cancelled when the payment is settled.

 

3 Tick the terms and conditions agreement, then, enter the details of your Credit Card or Debit Card.

  • Card Number – 16-digit card number
  • MM / YYYY – expiration month and year of the card
  • CVV – 3 digit number at the back of the card
  • Card holder’s Name – Name written in the card

Double check the details you have entered and tap the Pay Now button.

 

 

4 A secure page will appear to process the payment. Enter the OTP that was sent to your registered mobile number and press the Proceed button. 

 

5 Payment transaction is successful and a Transaction Reference Number will be generated. Tap the Continue button to go back to Puregold app. And wait for your order to be pick-up or shipped (if delivery option was selected). 

 

Once pick-up or delivered, order status will be updated in the app.
