DiskarTech is a digital bank powered by Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC). It is a mobile app which you can download to your smartphone. Once the app is installed, you can open an account and save money with 6.5% annual interest (as of December 2022).
You are not required to have an existing RCBC account to open a DiskarTech account. You just need to complete the required personal information and submit one valid government ID for account verification.
