Using the Pay Maya mobile app, you have the option to pay for your Meralco bill. You can now use the 10-digit Customer Account Number (CAN), instead of the 26-digit reference number. Aside from Meralco bill, other utility bills and services can also be paid using this app. Here is the list of the biller partner of Pay Maya:

Now, here's how to pay Meralco bill
1 On the main dashboard, tap the Bills icon to start the process.
2 Tap the Electric Utility icon.

3 Browse the list to find the Meralco icon or use the search tab and type Meralco to locate the icon.
Â
4 Next, enter the 10-digit Customer Account Number. It is the number located in the bottom center of your Meralco bill sheet. Then, input the amount due stated on your bill.Â
And tap the Continue button once completed.Â

5 Review and confirm your transaction, then click the Pay button to continue.
6 If the payment is successful, a pop-up message will show the payment receipt of your recent transaction.
