1. Enter your login credentials to open your CIMB Bank account.

2. On the menu below the page, press Transactions tab and tap Pay Bills icon.

3. On the biller category, select Water.

4. Select MANILA WATER COMPANY (MANILAWATER) from the list.

5. Fill out the required details: Subscriber Account Number, Payment Amount, and the account where payment will be deducted.

6. Double-check the details and press the Confirm button to procees with the payment.

7. For verification, enter the 6-digit MPIN that was sent to your registered mobile number.

In the main dashboard, tap the Pay Bills button.
Press the down arrow to choose the Biller Institution.
Select Bills Payment.
Using the Search tab, type Manila Water and select it from the list.
Enter your Manila Water Contract Account Number, account name and amount to be paid. And tap CONTINUE button.
Review the details you have entered and press CONFIRM button to process the payment.
Enter your login password and click the SUBMIT button.
A notification will be displayed that the payment is successful with the payment reference number and details of the transaction.

In the main dashboard, press the left menu and tap the Pay Bills section.
Select the PSBank account where the amount will be deducted.
If the bill is not yet enrolled, tap the PAY TO UNENROLLED BILLER button.
From the list of categories, choose the WATER icon.
On the list of billers, select Manila Water Co Inc.
Enter the Manila Water account details. Then, tap the Proceed button for the next step.
- Account Number
- Account Name
- Telephone or Mobile Number
- Reference Number (optional)
- Remarks (optional)
Enter the amount to be paid which is in your Manila Water bill and press the Proceed button to process the transaction.
Review the details of the transaction and enter the OTP (One-Time PIN) sent to your registered mobile number and tap the Submit button.
Once the transaction is successful, it will display the transaction details with reference number.

RCBC

Upon login to your RCBC account, on the left side menu, tap the Bills Payment option. Then, click the Pay Bill button, and select the Biller (for this guide, Manila Water). Enter the Contract Account Number and amount to be paid, and press the Proceed button to process the payment.

Robinsons Bank (RBank)

In the main dashboard, tap the Pay Bills icon.
To make a new payment, select the account that you would like to pay from.
From the list of Biller Categories, select Water Utilities.
Find and choose MANILA WATER CO INC from the list of water utilities.
Enter the Contract Account Number and the amount to be paid. Then, select if you want to pay now or schedule the payment at a later date. And tap the Continue button for the next step.
Review the details and tap the Pay button to confirm the payment.
A notification will be displayed once the transaction is completed.

In the Shopee homepage, tap the Load, Bills, & Travel icon.
From the list of bill categories, select Water.
Select Manila Water from the list.
Enter your Manila Water Contract Account Number, Account Name, and the amount to be paid. Then, tap the Continue button.
Review and confirm the details of the transaction. And for the Payment Option, ShopeePay will be the default. Once confirmed, tap the Pay Now button.
Tap the Pay button to enter your ShopeePay PIN or use the Face Recognition feature to process the payment.
A notification will be displayed once your payment is successful. To view the details, tap View Order Details button.
The reference number (Order ID) and the details of the transaction will be displayed.

Security Bank

Upon login, tap the Bills icon at the bottom of the main page.
To pay the bills, press the Select Payment Account button.
Then, choose the source account from which the amount will be deducted.
Now, you can select the biller by tapping Choose Biller & Product button.
From the list, select Manila Water Company. You can also use the search option to type the biller and select it.
Enter the Manila Water Contract Account Number. You also have an option to save the biller as a favorite so it will be easier for your next payment. Tap Proceed button.
Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
Enter the amount to be paid. You have the option to schedule the payment, choose from:
1. Immediate Payment
2. Scheduled Payment (set a later date)
3. Recurring Payment
Review the details and press Confirm button to process the transaction.
Another OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Encode the 6-digit OTP.
A notification will be displayed that the payment has been processed successfully. A reference number will be generated for this transaction.
