The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has created an online portal for PRC Online Services. It includes online account registration to have full access to PRC online services. Upon account activation, users can login to view their profile and see the list of transaction available.
For graduates who will take the board exam, an online application for the examination is available as well as a list of examination schedules and room assignments.While for new board passers, initial registration can be applied online and oath taking schedule can be set online too. And for professionals, ID Renewal or ID replacement can be requested online. Verification of license and board ratings is also available to view online.

1. Verification of Licenses
There are two ways to verify your PRC License records: Verification by Name and Verification by License Number. To know the process of PRC License verification, read the quick guide below.

3. Online Account Registration
To access other PRC Online Services, you must have an online account. Click this link to register an account, https://online.prc.gov.ph or https://online1.prc.gov.ph.
Fill-up the registration form with your full name, gender, civil status and birth date. Enter your email address and create a password.
Tick (✓) the box I’m not a robot. And click the REGISTER button to complete the registration.
Once you have registered successfully, click the SIGN IN tab to log in to your account. Enter your Email Address and Password. Then, tick (✓) the box I’m not a robot. And, click the SIGN IN button to open your account.
For first time users, you need to fill-up the following form to complete your profile:
- Personal Information
- Contact Details
- Family Background
- Education
- Employment
- Valid ID (Passport for SPLE Applicants)
- Other Information
To view the PRC Online Services, click the Select Transaction button.
It will then display the list of available online services.
4. Examination Services
A. Online Application. Upon logging into your account, on the Select Transaction pop-up page, click the Examination tab. This is the online application for graduates who will take licensure examinations. Application must be submitted with the required documents upon processing or issuance of Notice of Admission (NOA).
Select the Name, Type, Date and Place of the examination you need to apply for. Then, press the PROCEED button for the next step.

B. Schedule of Examination. The list of examination schedule is posted on PRC website. Click here to check the examination schedule of upcoming licensure examinations.
C. Room Assignment. PRC also provide list of room assignment for the upcoming licensure examinations. Designated places and room for each examination can be viewed online. Click here to check your room assignment ahead of your exam dates.
5. Registration Services
A. Initial Registration. For new board passers, you can apply for initial registration online for the issuance of your license ID.
Login to your account and select Initial Registration tab upon clicking the Select Transaction button.
Select the Profession you want to register and input your Application Number (from NOA). Then, tap the PROCEED button to continue with the process.
B. ID Renewal. Once your Professional Identification Cards has been expired, you have the option to renew your ID online.
Upon activating your PRC online account, go back to login page to log-in to your profile. Then, select the Renewal tab from the list of online transaction.
Select your profession and enter your PRC license number. Then, tap the PROCEED button for the next step.

C. Duplicate ID. If your PRC ID card has been lost or tampered, you can apply for a replacement.
This is also available upon logging into your account. Select the Duplicate tab, choose your profession and enter your PRC License Number. Then, click the PROCEED button to process the request.
Please note that you need an Affidavit of Loss and one Valid ID as a requirement for applying for a duplicate PRC ID.
6. Other e-Services
A. E-OATH. For new board passers who will take the oath, you must secure an online application schedule via PRC Online Services. Log-in to your account and select E-Oath from the list of transaction. Look for your Profession from the drop-down menu and enter your Application Number. Then, click the PROCEED button for the next step. B. Certifications. Below is the list of certifications and authentication that you can request online:

Select the certificate that you want to apply and your profession. Then enter your Application Number (from NOA) and the quantity (number of copies) that you need to request. Tap the PROCEED button and follow the next instructions provided.
C. ASEAN Professional. Soon, there will be an online application for registration as a Filipino ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer (ACPE) / ASEAN Architech (AA) / ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ASEAN CPA).
D. CPDAS (Continuing Professional Development Accreditation System). This is an online application for accreditation of CPD Providers, CPD Programs, and Crediting Activities that did not go through the CPD Council or Self Directed Activities.
