Did you know you can order a physical Pay Maya card online? And once you successfully request one, it will be delivered to you after paying the fees.
Pay Maya card is a prepaid card that you can use to shop online and stores where debit card or credit card are accepted. The card comes comes with contactless payments where cardholders simply tap their cards on a contactless POS terminal to make faster payments.

The Pay Maya card is a prepaid card. This is more of a debit card than a credit card. This equals the amount of your Pay Maya e-wallet account balance. So, you can use your card but should not exceed the amount available in your Pay Maya app.
There are two types of Pay Maya card: Physical card and Virtual card. The virtual card is built into each user’s PayMaya app, and is generated based on your account name and other registration details. On the other hand, the physical card is an external PayMaya card that you link to your app.
You have the option to select the brand of card you want: Visa or Mastercard.
While, the three kinds of cards are the EMV chip card, the Beep card, and the payWave card (tap and EMV chip). Of the three, only the EMV and payWave card are currently available for purchase.

Linking a physical card to your app gives it access to your PayMaya account balance. See below to know how to link your card to your Pay Maya app.
You have the option to use the physical PayMaya card at restaurants, department stores, and other establishments that accept card payments.
The physical card can be used at point-of-sale terminals that have EMV chip readers, as well as payWave terminals where you can just tap your card to make a transaction. It all depends on the kind of card you’ve got.
When you link a PayMaya card, you have to set a unique 6-digit PIN for the purpose of withdrawing from an ATM in the future.
Delivery of the card:
Due to the current public health situation, serviceable areas for PayMaya physical card deliveries are currently limited. Unless otherwise stated, deliveries should take around 7 business days (within Metro Manila) to 15 business days (other provinces).
For this guide, it will show the steps on how to order Pay Maya card online via the Pay Maya app. Alternatively, you can also order via store.paymaya.com and at the following places:
- The SM Store Business Services
- Robinsons Department Store Business Centers
- LCC Supermarkets
- Gaisano Capital Business Centers
- Selected Family Mart branches
On the main dashboard, tap the My Cards button from the menu at the bottom.
- Credit Card/PayMaya Wallet
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
And tap the Complete order button.
After payment, PayMaya will process your order. It will take a few days to deliver the card based on the shipping address indicated in your request. Once receive, you may now link the card to your Pay Maya account.
1 On the main dashboard, go to My Cards and tap Link PayMaya Card.
2 Enter the details of your new Pay Maya card:
- Card Number
- Expiry date (MM/YYYY)
- CVV (a 3-digit number on the back of the card)
Then, you must nominate a 6-digit PIN and re-enter to confirm the PIN. And, tap the Link Card button.
3 A message will pop-up once the card is linked successfully.
4 The new Pay Maya card will now be added to the list of your cards.
