BDO Mobile Banking is a software application wherein users can access their own BDO account while on-the-go. By installing the BDO Mobile app either in iOS or Android smartphones and tablets, active users have the control to check their account balances, pay bills, transfer funds, prepaid mobile reload and other app features.
Once clients are already enrolled in BDO Online Banking, they can log-in to BDO Mobile app using the same username and password. If you are not yet enrolled to BDO Online Banking, click this quick guide on how to enroll in BDO Online Banking.
To download and install BDO Mobile Banking app in your personal devices, follow the quick guide below.
1 First, download the BDO Mobile Banking app – BDO Personal Banking using Google Play for Android phones and tablets or download in the Apple Store for iPhone and iPad users. Click the icon below and it will be directed to BDO Personal Banking mobile app. You can also find this mobile app by typing BDO Personal Banking in Google Play or Apple store search tab.
2 Click Install (for Android users) or Get (for iOS users) to start installing the BDO Personal Banking mobile app. Make sure that the name appearing under the app thumbnail is BDO Unibank, Inc.
3 Once the installation is complete, click OPEN button to open BDO Mobile app.
4 For User ID and Password, use your BDO Online Banking username and password. Then, click the LOGIN button to continue.
5 Read the terms and conditions for using BDO Mobile Banking app. And click the ACCEPT button to proceed for the activation of your device.
6 A One-Time-Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile phone number. Once received, enter the 6-digit OTP on the provided space. Then, click the PROCEED button.
7 Next window will show a message that your device has been successfully activated. Click the CONTINUE button for the next step.
8 Click UPDATE LATER button. If you want to update any details on your profile, you can change it using the BDO Online Banking.
9 This is the main menu of your account. All enrolled BDO Accounts will appear on this menu with the account details and available/current balances.
Using BDO Mobile Banking, you can also check the last 10 transactions of each account. Other features are fund transfer or send money, bill payments, prepaid mobile reload and many others.
To check all registered mobile devices, log-in to your BDO Online Banking account.
Select (1) Enrollment and click (2)Mobile Device(s).
Then click (3) View/Delete Mobile Device(s).
(4) You can view all registered mobile devices that can access your account. You can also delete each device by clicking the cross symbol under Action column.
(5) You will also receive an email for any device activation.
