Having online access to BPI accounts gives you complete control over your accounts. Through the BPI Mobile Banking app, you can view account balances, pay bills, transfer funds to 3rd party accounts and other local banks, and many other features.
To create an online account, you can either use the BPI Online Banking website or download and install the BPI Mobile app on your smart phone. In this quick guide, the BPI Mobile app will be used to register an account.

STEP 1. Download and Install BPI Mobile Banking app
First, download the BPI Mobile Banking app using Google Play for Android phones or download in the Apple Store for iPhone and iPad users. Click the icon below and it will be directed toBPI Mobile Banking app.  You can also find this mobile app by typing BPI Mobile Banking in Google Play or Apple Store search tab.

Click INSTALL for Android users or GET for iOS users to start the BPI Mobile Banking app installation on your device.
Once installed, click OPEN to start using the mobile app or tap the BPI mobile icon on your smart phone.

STEP 2: Account Registration
1 Once you open the app, tap the Register Now button to enroll your account for online access. Then, press the Get Started button to start the registration.

Enter the required information:
- Type of Products – Select which product to enroll
- Deposit
- Credit Card
- Consumer Loan
- Account Number – Enter your BPI Account Number/Card Number
- Date of Birth – Enter your date of birth
- Captcha – Write the answer for the captcha code
And tap the Next button.

2 For the next step, you need to nominate a username and create a password for your account. Press the Next button to proceed.Â

Input your nominated Username and Password. Your password must contain the following:
- At least 1 lowercase letter
- At least 1 uppercase letter
- At least 1 number
- At least 1 special character
- 8 characters minimum

Then, enter your email address and retype it to confirm. This email address will receive all your BPI Online transaction confirmations. Read the terms and conditions and tick (âś“) the box to agree. And, tap the Submit button to process the registration.

3 A One-Time PIN will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the 6-digit code in the space provided and tap the Submit button.
Your BPI Online account was successfully created. Tap the Go to login page to view your account balance.

STEP 3: First-time Login
As a security measure, you need to link the mobile device you use to access BPI’s online account through the BPI mobile app. Tap the Link this device button for the next step.

You need a One-Time PIN to proceed. Press the Yes, send me the code button and the 6-digit code will be sent to your registered mobile device.

Once received, enter the 6-digit code and tap the Submit button.

You have successfully linked your mobile device to your BPI online account. You may now use the mobile banking app. Tap the Get Started to go to your account.

You now have access to your BPI account’s available balance. To view all features available in the app, tap the left side menu. The functions available are fund transfer, bills payment, buy load, and many more.
