Once you have installed the new Bayad app to your smartphone or tablet and you able to sign-up an account, you need to fund your account to pay the bills. Currently, there are two available options to fund your account: (1) through Bayad Center branch over-the-counter, and (2) via Online Banking. There are three more ways to add money but still not active; those are using Debit or Credit Card, Kiosk, and Remittance Centers.
Important Note: If you still have the old Bayad Center app, you should spend the remaining funds available because the app will be deactivated after July 30, 2021. Click this link, https://link.bayad.com/byebcapp, for the said advisory.

1 Open your Bayad app and login to your account. On the main dashboard, select Add Money icon to add funds.
2 Currently, available options to fund Bayad app are:
- Bayad Center – Over the Counter
- Online Banking
- BPI
- RCBC
- Union Bank
Select your preferred option to add money.
Add Money via Bayad Center - Over the Counter
If you chose Bayad Center – Over the Counter, here are the steps to add funds:
- Select or enter an amount that you want to add on your account. Minimum amount is Php 300.00.
2. Check the details and confirm the transaction.
3. Go to the nearest Bayad Center branch to complete the payment. Take note of the Reference Number for this transaction.
Add Money via Online Banking
1. BPI – Enter your BPI login credentials to add funds to Bayad app account.
2. RCBC – Enter your RCBC User ID and Password to login to your account and link the account to the Bayad app.
3. Union Bank – Enter your Union Bank User ID and Password to login to your account and add money to your Bayad app account.

Please note also that they have a new mobile app (https://apps.apple.com/ph/app/bayad-ph/id1531427756, https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bayadcenter.bayad) and the old mobile app are still working, but I think they stop upgrading the app.
