If you do not have Metrobank Mobile Banking app yet, you can download it using Google Play for Android phones or download in the Apple Store for iPhone and iPad users. Transfer to other Bank - GrabPay Wallet
1. Open the Metrobank Mobile app. Enter your Username and Password. Tap the LOGIN button to go to your account.
2. On the left side menu, press the TRANSFER TO OTHER BANK option.
3. To transfer funds to GrabPay wallet, select Instapay.
Note: Service Charge using Instapay has been waived during the ECQ/GCQ or Lockdown period.
4. For One-Time Transfer, press the TRANSFER button.
5. Select GRABPAY Philippines for the Bank Name. Then, enter the details of your GrabPay Wallet account (that is your registered mobile number in Grab app) and other information required for the transfer. Tap the NEXT button for the next step.
6. Select the source account for your money transfer.
7. Enter the amount to be transferred. Then, tap the NEXT button.
8. Review the details of the transaction. You can add some remarks or message for the transaction. Then, press the SUBMIT button to process the transfer.
Note: Service Charge using Instapay has been waived during the ECQ or Lockdown period.
9. A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile number via SMS. Enter the 6-digit OTP and tap the SUBMIT button. Or, if your OTP Generator has been activated, it will automatically generate an OTP.
10. Now, the transaction is in-process. An SMS will be received once the transaction is successful. A reference number is also generated for the transaction.
11. Once the payment has been successful, you can check your GrabPay account if the money has been added to your fund.
