How to register and access RCBC accounts via RCBC Mobile App

The Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) is one of the oldest and largest conglomerates in Southeast Asia covering over 60 businesses. It is among the largest private domestic banks in the country in terms of assets and has a network of over 480 branches and 1,500 ATMs (as of Nov 2019). (Source)

RCBC offers Online Services to their customers through the use of RCBC Online Banking and Mobile App. With these online facilities, you can access and manage your RCBC accounts, transfer funds, pay bills and other available features, anytime, anywhere.

To register your account, you can either use the RCBC Online Banking website or download and install the RCBC Mobile app on your smart phone. In this quick guide, the RCBC Mobile app will be used to register an account.

STEP 1. Download and Install RCBC Mobile Banking app

1. First, download the RCBC Mobile Banking app using Google Play for Android phones or download in the Apple Store for iPhone and iPad users. Click the icon below and it will be directed to RCBC Mobile Banking app.  You can also find this mobile app by typing RCBC Mobile Banking in Google Play or Apple Store search tab.

2. Click INSTALL for Android users or GET for iOS users to start the RCBC Mobile Banking app installation on your device.

3. Once installed, click OPEN to start using the mobile app or tap the RCBC mobile icon on your smart phone.

 

STEP 2: Account Registration

1 Once you open the app, tap the Register button to enroll your account for online access. 

 

2 Read and understand the terms and conditions for using the RCBC Mobile Banking. Tick the box to agree and tap the Continue button to confirm it. 

 

3Enter your RCBC Account Number or ATM Card number. And, press the Next button.

 

 

4A One-Time-Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number. This mobile number is the number you provided when you signed up for your RCBC account. Enter the 6-digit OTP in the provided space and tap the Next button.

 

5 Create a User ID for your account. The user ID must contain at least 8 characters and no special characters (e.g. !@#$%^&*) and space. Once created, press the Next button.

 

6 Then create a password. Your password must comply the following conditions:

  • At least 8 characters
  • Must not contain your user ID
  • Must contain at least 1 uppercase letter
  • Must contain at least 1 lowercase letter
  • Must contain at least 1 numeric character
  • No space
Then, re-enter your password to confirm and tap the Next button.

 

7  The account summary will be displayed. Ensure all the information is correct and press the Next button.

 

 

8 You are now successfully registered in RCBC Online Banking. Tap the Proceed to Accounts to view your account balance.

 

9 This is the My Accounts page in your RCBC Mobile App.

 

To view all functions available in the app, tap the left side menu. The features available are fund transfer, bills payment, buy load, and many more.
