This quick guide will show the 6-easy steps on how to reset your password in BDO Online Banking. This reset password feature can be used when:
You forgot your password
Your account got blocked after 3 wrong attempt of entering your password
If you are using BDO Mobile Banking, resetting password should be done also using this procedure.
1 Go to BDO website, https://online.bdo.com.ph/. Under the login menu, click the Forgot your password? button to start the process of resetting your password.
2 Enter your User ID for BDO Online Banking. And click the Submit button to continue.
3 If you have entered the correct User ID, a new line will appear below. It will ask you to enter the last 4 digits of your BDO Debit Card or BDO Savings/Checking Account enrolled in BDO Online Banking.
4 For additional security, you need to generate a One Time Password (OTP) using your registered device in BDO Mobile Banking or click the OTP via SMS to send the OTP in your registered mobile number. Once received, enter the 6-digit OTP in the provided space. Then, click the Submit button for the next step. Note: Do not share and provide your OTP number to anyone.
5 Now, create a new password. Then, re-enter the password to confirm it. And click the Submit button.
6 After you successfully change the password, you can login to your account again. Click the Login button to proceed to login menu.
