One of the feature of PSBank mobile app is the Bills Payment. Once you have register your account via app, you will be able to access the Pay Bills option. You will be able to pay utility bills such as electricity, water, and internet. You can also pay school tuition fees, real estate, telcos, travel and toll fees and many more.
For this guide, it will show the steps on how to pay Meralco bill using the PSBank mobile app.
- In the main dashboard, press the left menu and tap the Pay Bills section.
- Select the PSBank account where the amount will be deducted.
- If the bill is not yet enrolled, tap the PAY TO UNENROLLED BILLER button.
- From the list of categories, choose the ELECTRICITY icon.
- On the list of billers, select MERALCO.
- Enter the MERALCO account details. Then, tap the Proceed button for the next step.
- Account Number
- Account Name
- Telephone or Mobile Number
- Reference Number (optional)
- Remarks (optional)
- Enter the amount to be paid which is in your MERALCO bill and press the Proceed button to process the transaction.
- Review the details of the transaction and enter the OTP (One-Time PIN) sent to your registered mobile number and tap the Submit button.
- Once the transaction is successful, it will display the transaction details with reference number.
