Pag-IBIG Fund officially launched the Virtual Pag-IBIG website page as the online portal of Pag-IBIG Fund Services last December 12, 2019. Using Virtual Pag-IBIG, you can now have access to your Pag-IBIG savings and existing loans by registering an account. Online payment facilities for monthly savings and loans are also available. Other more features like online membership registration and loan application are now possible using Virtual Pag-IBIG website.

STEP 1: CREATE A VIRTUAL PAG-IBIG ACCOUNT
1. There are three ways to create Virtual Pag-IBIG account: (1) via Pag-IBIG Loyalty Plus Card, (2) Open an account online and activate at the nearest Pag-IBIG Fund Branch, and (3) Account Creation for OFWs. In this quick guide, Account Creation for OFWs will be used. To start the registration, go to Pag-IBIG Virtual Account Creation page and press the Click Here button under OFWs tab.
2. To create the account, enter the following information in the corresponding space:
- Pag-IBIG MID No
- Member’s Last Name
- Member’s First Name
- Member’s Middle Name
- Date of Birth
- Philippines Mobile Number (Roaming)
Review the details you have entered and click the Proceed button to continue.
3. For security and verification purposes, a One-Time-Pin (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number. Click the OK button and wait for the OTP.
Once received, entered the 4-digit OTP and click the PROCEED button for the next step.
4. Fill up the following forms to complete the details required to create Virtual Pag-IBIG account.
A. Member Information: Select the Country of Assignment, that is, the country where you are working as an OFW.
B. User Account: Enter your email address that you want to register, then retype it to confirm. After that, select three security questions and enter your answer in each question. These security questions will be used for password retrieval.
C. Verification: Enter your Mother’s Maiden Name and Place of Birth.
D. Upload Photos: Upload a photo of your passport or any 2 valid IDs. Take note that the allowable photo size is only 1MB or less and file types must be jpg, jpeg, png or bmp only. (Tip: If you are using a laptop or desktop, use snipping tool or screenshot to edit your ID to make the photo size smaller)
E. Upload Selfie: Upload a selfie while holding any of the ID provided above. Make sure that the image is not blurry. Take note that the allowable photo size is only 1MB or less and file types must be jpg, jpeg, png or bmp only. (Tip: If you are using a laptop or desktop, use snipping tool or screenshot to edit your ID to make the photo size smaller)
5. Review the details you have provided above. Then tick (✓) the box to certify that the information you gave are true and correct.
To complete the registration, click the Submit button.
6. A pop-up message will appear stating the you have successfully created your Virtual Pag-IBIG account. Activation notification will be sent to your email address to activate your account. (You will receive the activation email within 3 working days after account registration)
STEP 2: ACTIVATE VIRTUAL PAG-IBIG ACCOUNT
1. Once your account is verified by Pag-IBIG Fund, you will receive an email with the Account Activation link and a temporary password. Click the link in the email message to start account activation.
2. Enter your email address and the temporary password provided in the activation email. Then, click the VERIFY button to continue.
3. Now, create a new password for your account. Follow the required criteria for the password. Then, retype the password to confirm. To complete the activation, click the SUBMIT button.
4. A pop-up message will show stating that you have reset the password successfully. Click the OK button to log-in to your Virtual Pag-IBIG account.
STEP 3: LOGIN TO VIRTUAL PAG-IBIG ACCOUNT
1. To log-in to your account, enter your email address and your new password. Then, click the Log In button to continue.
2. This is the Home Page of your account. On the left side menu, you can see the Pag-IBIG Products and Services. To check your Pag-IBIG Regular Savings or Contributions, click the Regular Savings under the PRODUCTS tab.
3. A new window will open showing the details and contributions on your Pag-IBIG Regular Savings Account. You also have the option to select a specific year to see the contributions in that particular year.
