The Taytay Municipal government has recently unveiled an incredibly convenient and user-friendly online portal designed specifically for property and business owners in the area. This new system enables all registered users to easily register and make payments for their respective business permits and real property tax obligations from the comfort of their own homes.
By taking advantage of these user-friendly online services, you can streamline the process of paying your real property taxes or business permits. Thanks to the easy-to-use payment interface, you can make payments quickly and efficiently via your account.
With a range of options like e-wallet accounts (GCash and Maya) and credit or debit card payment, it has never been easier to stay on top of your tax obligations.
For Real Property or Business owners in Taytay, Rizal, it is highly recommended that you or your representative register an account first in Taytay Online Portal. By completing the easy registration process, you will unlock the option to enroll each unit of your property or business establishment, which can save you time and hassle in the long run.
Once you have successfully enrolled, managing your taxes, fees, and online payments will be a hassle-free experience like you have never experienced before! To ensure a seamless process, we have provided a quick guide below that outlines all the necessary steps for signing up for an account and paying your real property taxes online.
1 Sign-up an Account
To access Taytay Rizal Online Services, you need to register an account via this link, https://online.taytayrizal.gov.ph/Taytay/OnlineServices/. Under the login menu, click the Sign up button.
Tap the I AGREE button to acknowledge that you understand the data privacy consent about the personal data that you will share on your account.
Fill-in the personal details needed to register your account:
- Email ID (personal email address)
- Confirm Email ID (re-type the email address)
- Owner/Representative Full Name
- Gender
- Contact Number
- Password
- Confirm Password
Read and understand the Terms and Conditions and Data Privacy for using the online services. Ensure that all information provided is true and correct. Then, press the Continue button for the next step.
To verify your account, an email will be sent to your email address provided in the application.
2 Activate your Account
In the email received from the Antipolo City Online Services Portal, to confirm and activate your account, click the VERIFY MY ACCOUNT button.
Once verified, it will be directed to your online account.
3 Login to your Account
Login to your account to access your profile.
This is the main dashboard of your account in Taytay Rizal Online Services Portal. There are 2 options you can select, based on what you need to apply or pay:
- Business Permits & Licensing Office (Business Permit)
- City Treasurer’s Office (Real Property Tax)
4 Register Existing Real Property Unit
To register your property, select the City Treasurer’s Office icon.
To enroll your property, tap the Register Existing Real Property Unit button.
Provide the Tax Declaration Number for Lot and Building/House. You can find the Tax Declaration in the receipt (see attached photo).
Example
- For Lot (AP-001-00001)
- For Bldg/House (AP-001-00002)
Then, press the ENTER key on your keyboard or Return key on your phone. Next, input the Latest Official Receipt No. and Receipt Date. And, tap the SAVE button to enroll the property.
5 Compute Real Property Tax
Once registered, the unit will be listed as enrolled real property. To know the amount that you need to pay, select the property and click the Compute Real Property Tax button. You also have the option to select from 1st to 4th quarter. To pay for the whole year, select 4th Quarter.
A table of billing detail will be displayed. It will show the amount per quarter and the total amount to be paid.
To pay the real property tax online, press the Select Payment Option button.
6 Pay RPT Online
The billing summary and payment method will appear. There are two options for payment:
- PayMaya Philippines Inc – PayMaya E-wallet (Select this to pay using your Pay Maya or GCash E-Wallet)
- PayMaya Philippines Inc – Debit/Credit/Prepaid Card (Selec this to pay using your Credit Card, Debit Card, or Prepaid Card)
Once you have selected the Payment Method, you may now choose how would you like to receive your Official Receipt. Three options are available:
- For pick-up at City Treasurer’s Office
- Send through mail via PhilPost
- Send to registered email address (scanned copy)
After you have selected the way you want to receive your Official Receipt, you can now tap the PAY NOW button.
Pay via Pay Maya or GCash
Read the Terms and Conditions for PayMaya E-wallet payment. Take note that you will charged a convenience fee of PhP 10.00 for the use of e-wallet service. And click the PROCEED TO PAYMENT button.
You may use either PayMaya, GCash, or QRPh for your payment. Once chosen, you are required to input your PayMaya or GCash number, or scan the QRPh code to pay through your online wallet. You must ensure that your account has sufficient funds to cover the total amount of fees. Once processed, the payment will be automatically deducted from your e-wallet account. It is advisable to take a screenshot of your successful online payment for future reference.
Pay via Credit/Debit/Prepaid Card
Read the Terms and Conditions for PayMaya Visa, Mastercard and JCB Credit, Debit and Prepaid Cards payment. Take note that you will charged a convenience fee of 1.75% of the total amount due. And click the PROCEED TO PAYMENT button.
If you choose to pay using credit card or debit card. Enter the details of your card and tap the Complete Order button to process the payment. Take a screenshot of your successful online payment for future reference.
