After installing the Pay Maya app in your smart phone and tablets and registering an account, you have the option to upgrade the account to unlock more features. By upgrading your account, you will be able to send money to other PayMaya users and local banks, withdraw from any Bancnet ATMs through the physical card and your monthly fund limit will increase from Php 50,000 to Php 100,000.

By upgrading your account, you can get access to these services:
- Send money to other PayMaya users
- Withdraw from any Bancnet ATMs
- Increase monthly limit from P50,000 to P100,000.
Click the Next button to proceed.
To verify your account:
- Complete your Personal Information
- Prepare your IDs
- Verify your identity by recording a selfie video.
Click the Next button to continue.
1 Fill-up the Personal Information, Address and Identification.
2 Then, upload a photo of your Identification Card and record a video of yourself.
3 Review all the information you have entered. Make sure that everything is correct and accurate. Then, click the Submit button.
4 Your application is now sent for review. Wait for a minimum of 24-hours.

5 On your PayMaya profile menu, you can also click the Check My Upgrade Status to know the status of your application. You will then be asked to have a video call with a Pay Maya agent to verify your personal information and identification. After the video call, wait for an SMS update on the status of your application.
6 You will receive an SMS once your account has been upgraded. You can now enjoy the full access to all Pay Maya features.
