The Globe Rewards Program is a loyalty program provided by Globe to all loyal users of Globe or TM products and services. Reward points are earned for Globe prepaid users on every load top-up and promo purchases and while for Globe postpaid users, points are based on the total monthly bill.
And to redeem Globe Rewards points, there is a lot of choices to choose from. You can convert your points to SM Advantage points and Air Asia Big points, redeem Globe promos for mobile surfing, donate points to support causes, and use points as cash at their partner establishments.

How to earn Globe Rewards points?
- For Globe Prepaid or TM customers, your points are computed based on your top-up.
- For Globe Postpaid customers, your points are based on the total monthly bill.
- For Home Prepaid WiFi customers, you can earn points with every top-up and promo purchases
- For AutoloadMax retailers, you earn points for every P200 commercial load purchase.
Top-up or promo registration via Share-A-Promo and Share-A-Load will not earn reward points.
How to check Globe Rewards points balance?
A. via Text
Text BAL and send to 4438. This message is FREE.
B. Dial *143#
Dial *143# – Select 5 (Rewards) – Select 1 (Check point balance) – Select 1 (Total Available Points). Wait for the SMS to know the available Globe Reward points
C. via Globe Rewards app
Download Globe Rewards app. Register your number to create an account. Once login, your points will be displayed in your profile.

How to redeem points for mobile surfing?
- Redeem via text to 4438. Example: REDEEM <Keyword> and send to 4438.

- Dial *143# and go to Globe Rewards > Rewards > Redeem rewards

To send Globe Rewards as a gift to anyone, just text GIFT<space><KEYWORD><space><10-Digit Recipient Number> and send to 4438.
Example: GIFT FBMES7D 9271234567 send to 4438.
B. Dial *143#
Dial *143# – Select 5 (Rewards) > Select 6 (Gift Rewards) > Enter the 10-digit number of the person that will receive the gift (Ex. 927xxxxxxx) > Select 1 (Globe Telco Product) > Select item to redeem. Wait for the SMS if you redeem the item successfully.
C. via Globe Rewards app
Download Globe Rewards app. Register your number to create an account. Once login, go to the Rewards tab to select items to redeem with the gift option.
When will the Globe Rewards points expire?
Earned points in 2019 are valid for redemption only until June 30, 2020. While points earned in 2020 are still valid until next year, March 31, 2021. You may choose to use some or all of your points at once.
