How to enroll RBank account online

RBank Digital is the Robinsons Bank’s mobile app that offer easy access to your account and do your banking needs 24/7. Here are the features available once you install the app and enroll your RBank account:

  • Account Monitoring – Review your finances by checking your account history and transactions 
  • Transfer Funds Online – Transfer funds from your Robinsons Bank account to other local bank accounts in the Philippines.
  • Bills Payment – Use your Personal Online Banking to pay bills quickly and easily
  • Use of Branch or ATM Locator – Use your Personal Online Banking to find the nearest Robinsons Bank Branch and ATM locations near you.
  • Secured Account – Your Personal Online Banking generates a One-Time Password that provides extra layer of security
  • Report Lost Card – Your Personal Online Banking helps you to instantly block your stolen or lost Robinsons Bank Visa Debit Card
  • QuickR way to Pay – Enjoy the QuickR Way to Pay when you transfer funds or pay participating merchants via QR code

1 Download and install the RBank Digital app on your mobile phone.

2 Once installed, tap the Enroll My Account button. And, follow the instructions in enrolling the new account.

  1.  Tap the Enroll my Account button.
  2. Select if you want to enroll a Robinsons Bank account or credit card.
  3. Enter the Account Number for Robinsons Bank’s enrollees.
  4. Create your User ID and password and enter your mobile number as well as your email address.
  5. Review the details and tap the Confirm button to continue.
  6. You have successfully enrolled your account in RBank Digital app. Go back to login page to open your account.

3 To open your account in RBank Digital app, tap the Login button on the main page of the app.

  1. Tap the Login button.
  2. Enter your User ID and Password and press the Login button again.
  3. A 6-digit registration code will be sent to your email or mobile number. The phone that you use in enrolling your account will be registered and linked to your account. Enter that code in the space provided and click Confirm and Save button.
  4. You have successfully login to your account.
