How to check your Go Rewards points online

Go Rewards is a Lifestyle Rewards Program that combines the Robinsons Rewards loyalty program with other new partners and deals. These rewards can be enjoyed in over 2,000 stores or through online stores in the Go Rewards app. Go Rewards offers meaningful rewards and experiences designed for loyal customers. These points cannot be converted to cash but you can use your Go Rewards points to pay for your transactions in participating partners and merchants.

To check your Go Rewards points online, you must download and install the Go Rewards app on your phone. Click the icon below to download the app via Google Play or App Store.

Once the app has been installed, you can now register an account to access your Go Rewards points.

  1. To start, tap the Register button.
  2. Enter the Go Rewards card number found on the physical card. Or use the scan button to scan the code on the card.
  3. Enter your last name and tap the CONFIRM to check your membership.
  4. Tick the box to agree with the terms and conditions and tap the Continue button.
  5. Enter the verification code sent to your mobile number.
  6. Set a password and retype to confirm the password.
  7. Once successful, it will be directed to the main dashboard where it will display the reward points earned.
