Haven't you received your Maynilad bill yet? You may now view and check your Maynilad bill online by registering to MyWaterBill.
The following features are available through the use of this online facility:
- View your current water bill
- View your bill for the past 12 months
- View your service information and personal profile
- Review and pay your bill online
- Option to download and print your bill
Maynilad Online Registration
1 To start the enrollment process, go to Maynilad MyWaterBill website. Click the Enrol Now button. Then, press the Start button. Read and understand the Terms and Conditions and tick the box to agree. And click the Next button for the next step.
2 Enter your Maynilad Contract Account Number. This number can be found in the first column of your Maynilad bill.
3 Next, create a password and retype to confirm. Then, enter your first name and last name. Click the Next button once completed.
4 Choose 4 secret questions from the drop-down list and type your answers in each box. Then, press the Next button.
5 Select your personal image. Your selected image will be your personal image and will be displayed during the login process.
6 Enter your contact information:
- Email address
- Retype Email Address
- Mobile Number
- Alternate Mobile Number
Then, click the Next button.
7 To validate the enrollment, a 6-digit code will be sent to the mobile number you have provided. Click the Return to login screen link and wait for the SMS.
8 Once you have received the code, you can now login to your account. Enter the Contract Account Number and click the Next button.
9 Enter your password and the 6-digit validation code. If you did not receive the code, click the Re-send validation code button to request for a new one.
Make sure your personal image is correct (e.g. dolphin) then click the Log In button to open your Maynilad account.
When you are successfully logged in, the main menu of your Maynilad account is displayed.
The Account overview will show the following:
- Service information details
- Bill and Payment History
- Meter Readings
- Consumption Chart
- Billing Summary
And if you want to check your previous bill, you can select the Billing Period and click the Update button.
For payment option, select your preferred bank and it will be directed to the bank’s website.
