PLDT Home Rewards is a membership rewards program intended exclusively for all active PLDT Home customers. With the earned rewards, loyal customers can get discounts, receive surprise perks and earn “crystals” that can be used for bill rebates, discounts to PLDT products and services, deals from partner merchants, and raffle entries.
How to Enroll your PLDT Home Account
All Customers with an active PLDT Home account can enroll in the rewards program through the MVP Rewards Website or you download the MVP Rewards app on your phone. Current PLDT Rewards members may not re-enroll.
Upon signing up, your membership in the program is valid as long as you are an active PLDT Home subscriber. Your points or crystals earned this current calendar year will expire on April 1 of the following year or upon permanent disconnection of service.
To enroll your PLDT Home account, follow these steps:
- Visit MVP Rewards website, https://mvprewards.ph/, to sign-up for an account for new users or to login to your account if already registered.
You can also download the MVP Rewards app via Google Play or App Store. Click the icon below and it will direct you to the app.
2. Once you successfully registered an account in MVP Rewards and be able to login, you can now enroll your PLDT Home account. In the main dashboard, under the PLDT Home icon, click the Get Rewards button.
3. Choose the Account type and enter the account details. Review and tap the SUBMIT button.
4. After verifying your account, you will now see the crystals earned from the enrolled account.
You can also view the list of activities which enumerate the type of reward and the equivalent points.
How to Earn Crystals
The CRYSTALS will serve as the currency or points that can be exchanged for amazing treats from PLDT and its partners. To earn these crystals, here are the ways:
- Get 20 crystals for every PLDT Home account enrolled
- Get 350 points for every PLDT Home account enrolled from March 14, 2022 to March 31, 2022. Promo extended until April 9, 2022 as approved by DTI-FTEB. (DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-138996 Series of 2022)
- Enroll a maximum of 5 PLDT Home accounts
- An account may be enrolled by one member only

- Get 1 crystal for every P250 bill paid on time and in full
- The enrolled PLDT Home accounts should be active, and should have no balance from previous bill or existing bill dispute
- Get 20 crystals for every PLDT account enrolled to e-SOA
- Get 20 crystals for every PLDT account enrolled to Auto Debit Arrangement

- Union Bank of the Philippines
- HSBC
- RCBC
- Equicomm
- Get 50 crystals for every upgrade to a higher plan or migration to a new network technology (e.g ADSL to FTTH)
- Get 20 crystals for every service added to your existing plan (e.g Cignal, Famcam, Wifi Mesh etc.)
- Get 5 crystals for every payment made via digital channels
- Points for payments made between the 1st to the 13th day of the month will be credited on the 22nd day of the same month. Points for payment made between the 14th to the 31st day of the month will be credited every 7th day of the following month.

How to Redeem Crystals
In the PLDT Rewards List of Activities, it will appear that you have redeemed the equivalent amount. And it will be deducted on the next billing cycle.
If you check you PLDT Home Account online, you will notice that a 200 pesos has been deducted on the amount due. If you do not have PLDT Home online account yet, you can visit their website, https://pldthome.com/, to sign-up for an account.
